Graduate with a professional degree from an accredited architecture degree program with 3 or more years of applied architectural experience. Possess a high degree of design, technical and/or management ability and have the ability to act on client needs with moderate direction. Overall, you will be responsible for assisting the lead PD, PA, and/or PM on all aspects of the project, from programming through the completion of construction. At times you will perform in the role of designer, technical leader or manager on assignments of limited scope and under the direction of a Principal or Associate. You will also be expected to lead the development of increasingly complex components on a single large project or on multiple smaller projects.
