RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC -- Rick Kuhn has been named Design Principal with The Freelon Group Architects. Kuhn's experience prior to joining Freelon included significant design positions with prominent national and international firms including the Hillier Group, NBBJ, Ellerbe Becket, and Richard Meier & Partners. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Kuhn's current projects with The Freelon Group include the North Carolina A&T State University new School of Education Building.
The Freelon Group is a 54-person architectural firm founded by Philip G. Freelon, FAIA (Fellow, American Institute of Architects) in 1990. The firm provides services nation wide with offices in the Research Triangle Park and Charlotte, North Carolina.
