Freelon receives Marketing Excellence Award

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC –– The Freelon Group Architects received a 2008 Zweig A/E Marketing Letter Marketing Excellence Award.
 
The firm was recognized in the Target Marketing category for a proposal submitted for the National Center for Rhythm and Blues project in Philadelphia, PA. The submittal featured an album sleeve, which held the proposal.  The entire submittal was shrink-wrapped to mimic an authentic LP album. Anna Marich Mehlman, Associate and Graphic Design Lead at the firm, designed the album and accepted the award, along with Lew Myers, Director Business Development at the ZweigWhite 2008 Marketing Now Summit Conference held in Coral Gables, Florida.

The Marketing Excellence Awards recognize outstanding and effective marketing in the architecture, engineering, construction, and environmental consulting industry. Winners were determined based on the measurable results generated from marketing campaigns or activities, as well as creativity and achievement of marketing objectives.
