Freelon Announces Newest Associate Principal: Zena Howard, AIA LEED AP

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC –– The Freelon Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Zena Howard to Associate Principal.  Zena has led numerous projects including Durham County Human Services Complex (Durham, NC); three regional libraries for Durham County; Durham Technical Community College; International Civil Rights Center and Museum (Greensboro, NC); Anacostia and Tenley-Friendship Libraries (Washington, DC); and most recently, Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of African American History and Culture (Washington, DC).

Zena received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and is an AIA member and LEED AP.
