Smith Hall School of Technology at North Carolina A&T State University houses four departments: Construction Management/Safety, Electronics/Computer Technology, Manufacturing Systems, and Graphic Communications Systems/Technological Studies. The 67,000 square foot complex is connected to the existing Price Hall and includes classrooms, laboratories, support facility and administrative space. The four level building is arranged in two wings linked by a connecting corridor, allowing direct connection of the old and new buildings both horizontally and vertically. The $7.9 million facility also features a special telecommunications laboratory.
