Phillips High School is an alternative school that assists students who have previously dropped out in completing their education.

The siting of the new facility will allow the old facility to remain in use until the completion of the new school. The basic program associated with this project will include the construction of two new science classrooms, thirteen new general classrooms, an art classroom, music classroom, home economics classroom, business computer lab and resource classroom. Also included in the program is a new nursery with play areas, office, new media/career center, new multi-purpose/gym, child nutrition center, new administration area, student support services and general storage.
