Grinnell Waterworks Building Office Upfit

This office up-fit is located in the Grinnell Waterworks Building on the West Morehead Street Development Corridor.  The 4,014 Sq. Ft. warehouse shell features a wonderful 25-foot high clear-story “butterfly” sky light and exposed steel trusses with rich pine wood decking and brick interior walls.  Our design delivered a solution which included conference rooms, informal team work areas, offices and an open studio with ten work stations.  The overhead retractable door above the main conference room, one of several kinetic elements, demonstrates the creative use of this unique space.
